We’re looking to hire a Recruiter to help us build our virtual real estate brokerage team in NYC!
– Experience in recruiting (or any HR related field) and/or customer service
– You must be tech-savvy, reliable, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, & personable
– Create and publish job posts on various social media and job board websites.
– Communicate with job applicants via phone, email, & text message.
– Review & screen job applications
– Setup phone & video conference interviews w/ the hiring manager
– Educate job applicants on what we have to offer them
– Networking with real estate professionals all over NYC via social media and other related websites
– Guide & assist new team members with the onboarding process
– Updating CRM database w/ status, notes, storing documents, etc.
For every candidate that you find & we hire, you will earn a fixed percentage of every transaction that they close for as long as you both are members of our team.
We’ll train you on everything else that you will need to be successful!
