Here’s details of what we offer to new Agents joining our team.
We are a fully remote cloud-based real estate brokerage licensed in NY state.
When you join the brokerage, you must choose 1 of the 3 commission plans listed below.
100% Commission to Agent
- Agent is required to pay monthly Office Dues of $150. Agent’s 1st payment is due on the day that they join the brokerage.
- Brokerage collects a Transaction Fee of $500 per closed transaction.
- No hidden fees at all.
90% Commission to Agent
- Agent is required to pay monthly Office Dues of $125. Agent’s 1st payment is due on the day that they join the brokerage.
- No Transaction Fees or any other hidden fees at all.
80% Commission to Agent
- Agent is required to pay monthly Office Dues of $100. Agent’s 1st payment is due on the day that they join the brokerage.
- No Transaction Fees or any other hidden fees at all.
The brokerage does not offer any base salaries or stipends or guaranteed income of any kind. This opportunity to join our real estate brokerage is 100% commission-based.
We provide an optional weekly remote team COACHING session via Google Meet, led by our principal real estate broker!
We provide several software apps to help you build your business (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Brokermint, Atlassian Confluence, etc.)
We generate leads regularly and distribute them to all agents. However, we cannot guarantee how many or how often you will receive leads.
We are members of the NYS MLS. It is optional for you to join MLS. If you decide to join NYS MLS, they charge a separate monthly fee of $45.
